Data protection

Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119) - hereinafter RODO - we inform you that:

(1) The administrator of your personal data is DREWMIX Albert Sp. K . based in Łęka Mroczeńska 66, 63-604 Baranów;

2 The data protection officer of DREWMIX Albert Sp. K. is Ms. Ewelina Pieles, e-mail: iod@info-trans.pl ;

3. your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- contacting you, direct marketing of the Company's own products and services, including - if you have given your consent in this regard - sending commercial information electronically (information about our products and services), establishing, asserting or defending claims, controlling and improving the quality of services provided, performing contracts to which you are not a party, and in connection with the performance of which the Company has obtained your personal data, i.e. based on Article 6.1.f. RODO, i.e. the Company's legitimate interests,
- to fulfill the Company's legal obligation (to comply with the provisions of laws), including for billing and tax purposes and in connection with its accounting, i.e. based on Art. 6.1.c. RODO,
- to perform a contract to which the Company is or may be a party, or to take action at your request before entering into such a contract, including the provision of services by the Company to you, maintaining an account on one of the Company's services, handling complaints, i.e. based on Article 6.1.b. RODO;

4. your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

5. your personal data will be stored for the above purposes for no longer than necessary for the above purposes, including:
- with regard to the processing of your personal data in connection with the performance of a contract to which you are a party for the duration of the performance of that contract,
- with regard to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of the Company's own products and services, based on the Company's legitimate interest, until the date you raise an objection to the processing of your personal data.
Thereafter, the data will be kept for the purposes, to the extent and for as long as required by law or for the establishment, assertion or defense of claims or
until you raise an objection to the processing of your personal data resulting in an obligation on our part to cease processing;

6 You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if processing is based on consent), which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

(7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of UODO if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;

(8) Your provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion and implementation of the contract between the parties in accordance with applicable laws. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conclude a contract.
