RULES OF FURNITURE MAINTENANCE
Before using the product, the user is obliged to familiarize himself with the full content
of the instructions. This manual is provided to inform you about the proper use of the product.
Please note that following the instructions in this manual will prolong the durability, aesthetics and
will allow you to use the product safely.

WOOD: Solid wood furniture should not be placed in rooms with too high humidity
air, as well as near radiators and other direct heat sources. You should also be careful not to
expose lacquered surfaces to mechanical damage, as the resulting scratches
and depressions result in a lack of protection of the wood against external factors (moisture,
sunlight). The wood should be vacuumed regularly with a clean and soft cloth. It can be dry or gently
dampened with water.

RULES OF USE OF FURNITURE
1. Furniture should be used in accordance with its design and intended use.
2. Furniture should be used in dry, closed rooms and protected from harmful
weather conditions and direct sunlight. Normal
climatic conditions for the use of furniture: - relative humidity of the air 40-70% - temperature 15-30 °C
3. Furniture should not be placed at a distance of less than 1m from active radiators.
4. Varnished furniture surfaces should be protected from scratching and bruising.
5. Prolonged contact of varnished surfaces with high temperatures and
solvents should be avoided. These factors may also affect the damage to the varnish coating manifested in
form of discoloration and tarnishing.
6. Wooden elements must not be cleaned with aggressive agents.
7. Tables and chairs should be used on even surfaces.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DREWMIX Furniture Factory" provides 24 - month warranty for the goods purchased by you, counted from
date of sale.
2.The ordering party guarantees that the goods are of good quality and have no defects, and that they fulfill their functions, under
condition of operation in accordance with their intended use in conditions not differing from typical ones, with
normal load, and proper care and maintenance (conditions of proper operation are specified
instruction manual)
3. The warranty period is counted from the date of release of the product to the customer.
4. The warranty includes free repair of the product during the warranty period. The method of removing the defect is determined by
accepting the order.
5. If the buyer twice prevents the inspection or repair of the furniture - in particular, when
refuses to release the furniture for factory repair is considered to have waived the warranty rights.
6. The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE - COMPLAINT PROTOCOL
1. The condition for warranty repair is that the Customer must make a justified and consistent
with the following requirements complaint. The complaint should be submitted to the protocol
acceptance of the complaint, together with the original proof of purchase (contract) and warranty card in the showroom where
the order was placed, no later than 7 days from the date of disclosure of the defect. Collection or replacement
of the advertised furniture is made in the showroom where the customer placed the order.
2. After filing the complaint, the complaint taker will immediately set a date for a visit with the Purchaser to
inspect the advertised furniture. The date of inspection will be set no later than the 14th
day from the date of complaint. In the case of minor defects, suitable for immediate repair,
the Purchaser will make the appropriate repair on the spot, after inspection.
3Within 14 days from the date of inspection, the Guarantor: - will issue a letter of non-acceptance of complaint - will acknowledge the complaint reported
, setting the date on which the furniture will be taken and the repair will be made.
4. In the case of determining that there are no grounds for complaint of furniture, all costs, including the costs of
transport and repair shall be borne by the Buyer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
1. Warranty rights are lost in cases of :
- use of the furniture in a temperature range below 15 °C or above 30 °C,
- use of the furniture in a humidity range below 30% or above 80%,
- flooding the furniture with water or other liquid,
- use of the furniture contrary to its intended use,
- soiling of the products
- ascertainment of improper performance of cleaning and maintenance procedures,
- ascertainment of attempts to carry out repairs or corrections by unauthorized persons,
- damage and defects caused by animals,
- damage caused by improper transportation of furniture by Customers, e.g. during moving. during removals.
By improper transportation is meant failure to exercise due diligence in securing
transported items,
- damage and defects visible at the time of purchase as a result of which the price of the product was reduced.

(2) The following shall not be considered a defect:
- differences in the degree of hardness of the seats of individual elements of the upholstery product, resulting from their
differentiated size and conditioned by the structural solutions used
- acceptable differences in color and shade of wood. Wood as a natural material is differentiated and
unique and minor differences are not a defect of the product,
- changes occurring naturally, during the average use of the furniture - differences and corrugations of
elements of seats and backrests resulting from poor use. It is necessary to use all
seats of a set of chairs evenly, because frequent use of one seat will cause its corrugation and
deformation,
- properties resulting from the type of material used
- acceptable differences in the shade of wooden elements of wood and natural veneer. Wood as
natural material has varied shades depending on its natural habitat conditions:
- visible core rays of wood as one of the elements of its anatomical structure,
- incompatibility of furniture patterns and fabric shades in the case of furniture incompletion
